- Product Name: Polyurethane road protectant
Polyurethane road protective agent is formulated from resin, pigments, extender pigments, additives, solvents, etc. It is a revolutionary product developed specifically for the characteristics of cement and asphalt pavements that can change color, anti-skid, renovate, and prevent road diseases. It has good adhesion to cement pavement and asphalt pavement. With different construction techniques, it can produce ordinary anti-skid effect or colored anti-skid pavement effect. It is used in large-area road painting and asphalt cement pavement renovation and color changes. It is durable and does not fade. It is an economical and applicable new pavement material.
Scope of application: Pavement and decoration of water parks, municipal roads, park squares, urban greenways, slow lanes, commercial real estate, hot spring clubs, landscape roads, campuses and various public leisure trails.

Construction technology
◑ Grassroots level: Use concrete base or asphalt base.
◑ Base surface treatment: Use a high-pressure water gun or a hair dryer to clean the floor to be coated. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants. The theoretical amount of this step does not correspond to the amount of material, it is a cleaning operation requirement.
◑ first base coat: Use polyurethane road protection agent (ratio 4:1), the theoretical dosage is 0.2kg/㎡.
◑ second coat: Polyurethane road protection agent is also used (ratio 4:1), and the theoretical dosage is 0.15kg/㎡.
When applying the protective agent, ensure that the road surface is clean and dry. Mix the two components of the protective agent evenly, add an appropriate amount of diluent, and spray with an airless sprayer. Use ultra-fine wear-resistant orthopedics during construction to achieve an anti-slip effect.
Things to note
◑ The construction foundation needs to meet: Smooth, clean, firm, solid, no water, no obvious wet stains, and completed node arc processing ； Construction tools need to be kept dry and clean.
