Tiandong polyurea roof waterproof coating has excellent waterproofing, heat insulation, weather resistance, and good decorative effect. It will not discolor or crack when exposed to the outdoors for a long time, solving the worries of roof waterproofing repair.

Construction technology
1) Base surface pretreatment
◑ Polish and dust the concrete base surface, repair depressions and cavities, and remove floating sand and other impurities. .
◑ Ensure that the concrete base is dry (moisture content ≤5%) and meets construction requirements .
2) Primer construction
◑ Roll on the sealing primer and apply the amount evenly .
◑ After the primer has dried for 6-8 hours (subject to the fact that it is not sticky to the touch), the next step can be carried out. .
3) Construction of Tiandong Jumai elastic waterproof material
◑ Use roller coating or scraping process to construct Tiandong polyurea elastic waterproof material .
◑ Control the amount of material used, the thickness of 0.6mm corresponds to 0.8kg/㎡ .
◑ Ensure that the coating thickness is uniform and there are no defects such as leakage or sagging. .
Things to note
1) Material usage requirements
◑ Ratio control: Asparagus polyurea roof waterproofing coating components A and B must be accurately weighed and proportioned according to the specified mass ratio to ensure an accurate mixing ratio.
◑ Stirring specifications: When mixing paint, it is necessary to stir thoroughly to a uniform state to prevent local deposition and ensure stable material performance.
◑ Operation time limit: It is recommended that the operating time of the mixed materials should be kept above 40 minutes. ； If the viscosity is high during construction, 5%-10% of the special diluent for aspartame polyurea can be added to adjust before painting.
2) Construction prerequisites
◑ Base preparation: Before applying primer, the base surface must be dry and dust-free to provide a good foundation for subsequent construction.
3) Finished product maintenance requirements
◑ Maintenance specifications: No one is allowed to enter within 48 hours after construction is completed ； It needs to be cured for at least 7 days, and it can only be put into use after the coating is completely cured.
Shipping and packaging
1. Avoid squeezing when packaging this product and keep the packaging intact. ；
2. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and the storage temperature should be 0°C-30°C. ；
3. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened products is 1 year. ；
4. Products are packed with Tietong: 9kg/36kg group.
