This product is an unsaturated polymer water-based coating with high weather resistance, high wear resistance and chemical resistance. The coating adopts leading technology, using high-performance unsaturated resin and different additives as the main film-forming materials, integrating various technological contents into one. The film-forming coating contains a large amount of unsaturated resins, anti-aging agents, dispersants, etc., which makes the cohesion between polymer segments strong. This gives the coating excellent resistance to chemicals, aging, waterproofing, and other special requirements, and can fully protect concrete and other items from moisture and various external corrosive factors.

Scope of application: Water parks (including wave pools, lazy rivers, water villages, etc.), various swimming pools (outdoor swimming pools, children's paddling pools, etc.), landscape and functional pools (landscape pools, fire pools, drinking water pools, fish ponds, water storage breeding pools), underwater world, water world painting, and sports stands.

Technical parameters ：

Construction requirements ：
  ◑ Base strength: The cement concrete base layer must be graded ≥C25, and the surface layer should be pitted (no lightening treatment is required to ensure coating adhesion).
  ◑ Grassroots status: The basic maintenance period must meet the requirements, and the moisture content is ≤5% (no construction is allowed when the moisture content is >5% to avoid swelling and shedding of the coating) ； If there is long-term water accumulation in the base layer, it is necessary to drain the water and dry it for 3 days to confirm that the dryness reaches the standard before construction.
  ◑ environmental conditions: The construction temperature needs to be controlled at 10℃-35℃ ； When the relative humidity of the atmosphere is >85%, it is recommended to suspend construction (high humidity can easily lead to abnormal coating curing and poor bonding).

Construction technology ：
  ◑ basic processing: Polish the base surface to remove floating dust and impurities to make the base surface smooth and solid. ； The new cement foundation needs to be maintained for more than 28 days, and the moisture content must be ≤5%.
  ◑ Primer construction: Use a polymer waterproof primer, dilute it with water in a ratio of 3:1, apply it uniformly by roller coating/spraying, and use about 0.06kg/㎡ to waterproof and enhance adhesion.
  ◑ Medium coating construction:
◦  First apply unsaturated resin (single-component liquid) with a dosage of 0.6kg/㎡；
◦   Simultaneously, white cement (powder, 0.2kg/㎡) and 60-80 mesh quartz sand (powder, 0.5kg/㎡) are used to prepare putty to fill minor defects in the base surface and achieve solid leveling as a whole.
  ◑ Topcoat construction:
◦  first time: Spray unsaturated topcoat (one-component liquid, 0.5kg/㎡) to give basic color and protection ；
◦  Second time: Add 120 mesh quartz sand (powder, 0.3kg/㎡) to prepare, or directly spray an unsaturated topcoat with a painted effect to enhance the anti-skid and wear-resistant performance and achieve a decorative effect.
  ◑ acceptance: After the construction is completed, the coating appearance (flatness, color uniformity, etc.), adhesion, thickness and other indicators will be self-inspected and put into use after confirming that it meets the requirements.
