1. Project Overview

The construction needs to ensure that the paint is stable for a long time in a long-term water immersion environment, does not delaminate, does not fade, has excellent chlorine resistance, and has excellent weather resistance. 2. Construction preparation

1. Material

1. Primer: Use permeable primer, which has excellent permeability to enhance the hardness and strength of the cement surface layer and improve the adhesion with the cement base layer, per barrel [20kg] , theoretical coating rate [0.2kg/square meter]

2. Intermediate leveling paint: The use of water-resistant mortar is easy to construct, has short drying time, is environmentally friendly, blocks water vapor, enhances the bonding between the bottom layer and the surface layer, and serves as a bridge in the structure. ； Improve the overall smoothness of the ground ； Specifications per barrel [25kg/barrel] , the coating rate is about [0/6——1.0 square meters] Note: The leveling conditions of the foundation are different, and the amount of material used is different.

3. Topcoat: It is a long-term asparagus polyurea weather-resistant topcoat. This material is developed for long-term water immersion environments. It has strong adhesion, does not fade or change color for a long time outdoors, is chlorine-resistant, non-slip and wear-resistant, and cures quickly. 4. 2. Tools and equipment

1. 3. Personnel Arrangement

4. Grassroots processing

1. It is best to polish the cement base layer until there are abrasion marks on the surface. The cement surface should not be too smooth, and the areas with floating ash mortar and shelling and powdering on the surface should be properly processed to ensure the quality of the coating. ；

2. concrete base: New concrete should be cured for more than 28 days ； The mark is C30 p6 impermeable concrete. The surface of the concrete should be smooth and there should be no obvious leakage or seepage areas. ； 2. Check whether there are cracks, hollows, or larger than [/2] mm cracks need to be cut into V-shaped grooves and repaired with mortar ； The hollow parts are knocked out and re-poured or filled with high-strength elastic slurry. ； The overall surface is roughened to increase paint adhesion, and the dust is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. The surface moisture content does not exceed 6%. 3. Requirements for old concrete base: It is recommended that other layers attached to the surface be polished and cleaned, and the ground should be dry and the strength and hardness meet the standard. ； If the construction quality is caused by powdered ground or leaky ground, it is not covered by the warranty. ；

3. Construction process

(1) Primer construction

1. Prepare: According to the instructions of the Thief Primer, the main agent: curing agent: = [1] ： [ 0.1] ： For precise proportioning, stir with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 - 8 minutes, then let it sit for 10 minutes until bubbles escape.

2. Roller coating/spray coating: High-pressure airless spraying machine adjusted to pressure [2] MPa, the spray gun is 30 - 50cm away from the base, moving at a constant speed at an angle of 70° - 80°, spraying first horizontally and then vertically cross-spraying to ensure uniform coverage of the primer without leakage or sagging. The roller coating adopts the horizontal and vertical cross method. Roll the coating evenly in every place so that the penetrating primer can completely penetrate into the ground without leaving white spots.

(2) Interim painting construction

1. After the penetrating primer has dried (about 8 hours), prepare the unsaturated mid-coat and the main ingredients: cement: quartz sand = [1] ： [ 1.5] ： [ 2] , stir evenly, with moderate viscosity, and can be applied by brush or roller.

2. When rolling coating, use a long-haired roller to dip in an appropriate amount of paint and roll it evenly in a "W" shape to avoid air bubbles being involved. ； Spraying is the same as the primer operation, and the dry film thickness is controlled [X] μm, lightly polish after drying to enhance interlayer adhesion.

(3) Topcoat construction

1. Two-component polyurea topcoat is prepared on site according to proportions, component A: Component B = [2] ： [ 1] , stir at high speed for 3-5 minutes, pour into the spraying equipment or barrel immediately, and the construction must be completed within 30 minutes. ； Prevent gel from solidifying.

2. Adjust the spray pressure to [6] MPa, rapid construction under the conditions of ambient temperature 5-35℃ and humidity not exceeding 75%, multiple thin sprays, each interval 30-60 minutes, total dry film thickness [X] μm to ensure the surface is smooth and flat, without pinhole bubbles, and the color is uniform and consistent with the design.

(4) Special parts treatment

1. Yin-Yang angle: First apply the preformed rubber corner protectors, and then brush or spray paint to strengthen them. The thickness will be increased by 20% to prevent stress concentration and cause coating cracking.

2. Pipe interface: After wrapping the sealing tape, apply sealant multiple times, and cover it with a polyurea coating and a wide outlet to ensure waterproof sealing.

3. Slide surface: After the primer and mid-coat are constructed, add an appropriate amount of anti-skid particles to the topcoat, mix and spray evenly. After curing, the particles are exposed and the friction coefficient reaches [50] Above, ensure the safety of taxiing.

4. Quality control

1. Each process combines self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection, construction personnel self-inspection, group cross-inspection, and quality personnel random inspection. If the pass rate is less than 95%, the work will be reworked immediately.

2. The coating thickness is measured at 1 point every 10 square meters with a thickness gauge, and the deviation is controlled within ±10% of the design value. ； Adhesion is tested according to the crosshatch method, ≥level 1 ； The appearance should be uniform in color, smooth and smooth, without defects such as sagging, shrinkage holes, blistering, etc. Strictly compare with the color card.

5. Safety and environmental protection measures

1. Warning signs are set up in the construction area, safety slogans are posted, construction workers wear protective clothing, protective goggles, and safety belts (for working at heights), and regular safety training and drills are conducted.

2. Paints should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse and stored in categories. Inflammable materials should be kept away from fire and heat sources and fire embankments should be set up. ； Construction waste and packaging are classified and recycled, and empty solvent barrels are sealed and handed over to professional units for processing. ； On-site watering is used to reduce dust, equipment noise is reduced, wastewater sedimentation meets discharge standards, and environmental pollution is strictly controlled.

7. Finished product protection and precautions

1. It is strictly prohibited to collide, soak in water, or scratch the paint surface within 7 days after painting is completed. ； Protective sheds are installed in surrounding buildings to prevent damage from falling objects. ； It is strictly prohibited to scratch or post on the coating surface.

2. It is recommended that various disinfectants be put into the water park/swimming pool when it is put into use.: Dissolve each disinfectant in the container before putting it into the pool. If you put it in directly, it may cause local spot oxidation.
